THE 90-DAY PILOT

Practical care. Shared possibility.

A limited demonstration in one local community—designed to learn what practical mutual support can look like.

01

Start by listening

The proposed first month centers on introductions, a baseline Community Pulse, volunteer interests, resident needs, and clear safety and privacy boundaries.

02

Put care into practice

The middle of the pilot would explore manageable outdoor assistance, tool access, education, shared projects, and opportunities to participate without pressure.

03

Learn before expanding

The final month would review participation, feedback, what proved feasible, and what needs to change. We have not completed this pilot or measured outcomes.

04

Designed to adapt

Over time, the model could be adapted by neighborhoods, HOAs, churches, nonprofits, municipalities, and community organizations. Each setting needs its own planning and approvals.

05

An honest starting point

We cannot guarantee assistance, financial savings, lower HOA dues, or higher home values. Stronger connection and sustainable community care are goals to explore, not results already achieved.

There’s a place to begin.
